Shaadi Wedding Packages

We have experience in planning multi-day Indian Wedding celebrations. We work with select All-Inclusive resorts that provide expertly crafted South Asian Weddings. They work with vendors in their local area to be able to offer amazing décor, services and chefs specializing in authentic Indian cuisine. We have resorts that can offer a Shaadi Package consisting of 6 events over the course of three days or The Dulha & Dulhan Package consisting of 5 events.

Dulha & Dulhan Packages

Dulha & Dulhan Wedding Packages include:
• Welcome cocktail party (one hour private event)
• Sangeet & Mehndi (four hour private event)
• Baraat • Wedding ceremony (one and a half hour private event)
• Elegant Mandap decorated with colorful backdrop and drapery
• Choice of pillows or Tiffany-style chairs for family members participating in the ceremony
• Sound system with speaker and microphones
• White-linen covered chairs for guests
• Beverage station offering selection of cold water, juice and soda throughout the ceremony
• Shoe check station provided for ceremonies held on the beach
• Wedding reception (four hour private event)
• Sparkling wine and fresh fruit for the wedding couple and their parents in the suite, upon arrival (up to three rooms) • 20% discount on spa treatments for wedding couple and their parents
• Complimentary access to the spa’s hydrotherapy areas for the wedding couple and their parents on one day of stay
• Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability)*
• Romantic turndown service for the wedding couple the evening of the wedding
• Romantic breakfast in bed with mimosas the day after the wedding (confirm with wedding coordinator)
• Late checkout for the wedding couple
