Travel based on estimated number of

_____Confirm wedding date and location with
Resort.
_____Secure your preferred wedding package
with deposit, if required.
_____Decide with the help of our experienced
agents if you need to block rooms or if
you can use one of our wedding promos
for your guests reservations.
_____Apply for a passport, if you do not have
one and gather any paperwork required
for a legal ceremony, if selected.
_____Reserve any wedding vendors; musicians,
photographers, florists, videographer,
cigar roller, fire dancers, etc.
_____Send out your Save-the-Date or create
your wedding website with details.
4-6 Months prior:
____Create your wedding vision with theme,
colors, décor and any special details that
may need to be secured or shipped.
____Submit photos to on-site coordinator for
floral arrangements and decorations so
they can be quoted.
____Arrange any additional wedding events,
welcome party, rehearsal dinner, group
excursion.
2-3 Months Prior:
_____Follow up with any guests not yet
confirmed.
_____Create a song list for wedding and/or
Reception
_____Make seating chart for reception, if
required.
_____Make sure any legal paperwork has been
submitted.
_____Determine cocktail and/or dinner menus.
_____Final payment for all travel due 60-45
days prior.
_____Make arrangements for welcome bags, if
you are providing.
1 Month Prior
_____Review final wedding details and costs
with on-site wedding coordinator.
_____Book any salon or spa appointments,
including trials at the resort for bridal
party and any guests.
_____Review final guest list and have count and
list submitted to on-site coordinator.
2-7 Days Prior:
_____Arrive at the resort, based on your resort
and their wedding requirements.
_____Meet with on-site coordinator to review
final details and do a property walk about
of your selected wedding locations.
_____Hang wedding garments upon arrival. If
they do not hang out, have the
coordinator send out for steaming.
_____Have a special couple’s massage or
romantic dinner on the beach!
1-2 Days Prior:
_____Have a welcome cocktail party or rehearsal dinner
_____Bride & Groom; get a good night’s sleep before
the big day.
Wedding Day:
_____Relax, Breathe, smile…let the on-site coordinator
work her magic. She’ll check-in throughout the
day and will take care of everything!
_____Enjoy room service breakfast
_____Go to your hair and make-up appointment taking
along any veil or hair accessory.
_____Let you family and friends know how much you
appreciate their attendance.
